Quality

  • Each sochet products is measured with high precision  by a loadcell unit built-in the packaging machine.
    The measurement data are stored in a laptop PC. 
  • Maximum precision ±0.003g  Actual precision ±0.010g.
    This system is available to measure as accurate as the electronic balance at high speed.
  • The filling amount is feedback-controlled by measurement value.
  • In case of the connected sachets are put transversely to flow direction,it is needed individual filling control like the hand-operated or automatic sampling feedback system.
    Our system is able to individual feedback control correctly.
    The sampling data can be stored in a laptop PC too. 
  • Minimum lane pitch, 30mm.
    You can choose a force balance if the lane pitch is wide.
